This course will teach you about the main different types of meditation: Yogic, Music, Movement/Dance, Binaural, Elemental, & Astral. It will not only equip you with the knowledge to master meditation yourself, but also the techniques & certification to teach others & lead your own in-person or virtual meditation classes.
