A Sad Day for HOB 🕊️

Never in a million years thought I’d be making this post. It is with a heavy heart that I announce to all my HOB family that our beloved Erica B aka Mama E/Auntie Erica (@i.am.erica.b_69) has transitioned. I’m not even sure I’ve fully processed this one myself. “Auntie Erica” was such a huge part of HOB. She was one of our Day 1s & always brought such a light with her to every class & event. She always had something encouraging to say to anybody who needed it, including me. We all know that everybody has their time to go but this one threw me for a loop for sure. I won’t say much at this time because I honestly don’t even know how to put into words what I feel. I’m happy that my friend is reunited with her daughter & her loved ones in the spirit realm but saddened because it’s truly a void that can’t be filled for all over us at HOB. Fly High E! Stop by & see me once you’re settled 🫶🏽 Let’s keep her family lifted up & send them love, comfort, & positivity during this time.
